Latin Dream

3/4 oz apricot brandy
2 tsp Cointreau orange liqueur
1/2 oz orange juice
1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Shake all ingredients together, without ice, and pour into glass. Garnish with a slice of orange. Enjoy!
